We provide a hassle free shopping experience at the Sitch Platform, and while we hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchases, in the event, you are not and would like to return the product then the following shall be applicable:
Currently due to the pandemic we are not accepting exchange/return for safety purposes.
Once the product has been delivered, you may return the same within 7 (seven) days of date of delivery. Sitch shall not accept any returns beyond a period of 7 (seven) days. The product(s) that need to be returned should be returned with their tags intact and in their original packaging. Sitch shall accept the returns of the product only once for a single order in exchange of a different size or product. Sitch shall not entertain multiple returns for a single order.
The return courier is to be borne by the customer, we do not have a return pickup service.
Masks, swimwear and Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, owning to hygiene concerns.
In the event of any sizing issue or any defects in the product (like holes/tear in the cloth/any issue in the finishing of the product), you may exchange the product. All requests of exchange shall be entertained upto a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
The courier charges for exchange need to be borne by the customer, we do not have a return pickup service.
We do not have a refund policy. In the event of a return, refunds shall only be made in the form of “Sitch Credit”. Sitch Credit shall be of an amount equivalent to the amount used for the purchase that has been returned (or sent for exchange) post deducting the shipping charges if any were applied. The Sitch Credit may be used to purchase any other product of the same value. The Sitch Credit shall be credited in your Sitch Account within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours from the date of processing of your return/exchange. The Sitch Credit shall be valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of exchange initiated.
In the event of sale, products once sold are considered final purchases and they cannot be exchanged or returned.
5. Shipping & Tracking
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination authority/customs clearance processes.
- For standard purchases you can expect your order to be delivered in a maximum of 17 working days. For orders with customisations, the delivery can take up to 20 working days.
- Once an order has been processed it won’t be possible for us to change the delivery address.
- If multiple items have been purchased, please be aware that each product may be delivered to you at different times/dates.
- In order to track your order, please refer to the email that was sent with the tracking number.
- We charge a standard Rs.199 as a delivery charge for orders below Rs.4,999. We ship to UAE, shipping calculated at checkout
- In case you would like to send the package as a gift, it would be at an additional Rs.49. The same can be selected upon checkout

6. Payment Methods
We offer Cash on Delivery(India Only), Bank Deposit & Card payment options. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, RuPay. We offer the option to pay via PayTm, UPI or net banking as well.
