1. Are the products on your website available elsewhere too?  

Sitch offers exclusive pret wear & accessory collections designed by very talented designers. Designers and Team Sitch have worked together to bring to you the an exclusive range that is just available on sitch.shop.

2. Can they be bought somewhere else?

No, they are exclusive to Sitch. If you find someone or the designer selling these to you directly or on any other platform pls inform us at info@sitch.shop

3. In how many days can I expect my order to be delivered?

For standard purchases you can expect your order to be delivered in a maximum of 7 working days

In case of pre order purchases, the delivery time can go up to 17 working days.
For orders with customisations, the delivery can take up to 20 working days.

4. Would it be possible to get a few changes done in a garment?

5. Is it safe to use my credit card online at SITCH?

Yes, it is completely safe to use your credit card on the website. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system.

6. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

7. Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately that won’t be possible.

8. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can do it as a guest too, however we recommend signing up, so that you can avail all the exclusive benefits given to our registered customers.

9. How do I return items to you?

If you are unhappy with the size or have received a damaged/faulty product, please get in touch with us on customercare@sitch.shop and mention your order ID in the subject.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately that won’t be possible. Once an order has been placed, it won’t be possible to cancel or amend it.

11. What do I do if I wish to raise a complaint?

12. Is there a charge for personalisation?

No. Few items offer personalisation and there is not an extra charge for it.

13. Can I return my personalised product?

Unfortunately that won’t be possible.
